The service has always been very good. It does seem like it takes too long though. I had an appointment at 10:30 and didn't get out of there until after 12:00. It was supposed to only take like a half an hour for my oil consumption test. But it was more like an hour and a half. That's my only concern is the speed of service.

Well, as we were driving a used vehicle we were interested in purchasing, another customer, which hadn't driven it yet, was doing the paperwork to purchase it. Maybe they should have a policy that the customer driving the car should have the first opportunity to purchase. Alex was so kind and courteous to us. He felt terrible about how everything went. Our only beef is that when we went to pick it up at our scheduled time we didn’t drive out of the dealership until 6.5 hrs later. That was partly because of a flat tire the minute we initially pulled out (4 hrs after arrival).
