Never a problem with hyundai, anything ive needed gets done. Everyone is very friendly so I feel comfortable.

Webb Hyundai Merrillville does not disappoint. The service area lobby is clean and nice. My service advisor Shawn S. was nice and professional. The service tech CB did my oil change and fixed my recall within the hour.

Jacques was so very helpful when it comes to teaching my mom and myself how to use the car that she just bought! Mason was patient in helping me with all the decisions that need to be made. I feel like I received the package that was the best for me. I was pleased with the service I received from Zach yesterday on the purchase of my new Ioniq 5. Zach is knowledgeable about Hyundai EVs because he has driven them himself for several years. If you are interested in an electric vehicle, I would highly recommend that you shop here and ask for Zach. He is transparent and straightforward and provided us with VIP customer service from first phone call to close of sale. We live in Illinois, and this dealership had everything ready immediately to process our Illinois title and registration, which was convenient. After the purchase, Zach spent almost 30 minutes after the dealership closed helping me set up the new features in my car and answering my questions as a first time EV owner. A nice customer service touch. I talked with about 10 Hyundai dealers to make my purchase, and this dealership gave me the BEST upfront price and customer service. They respected my time and made the sale quick, easy, and without extra BS.

If you need a new Hyundai go see Steve Garcia. He will be straight with you and not try to upsell every warranty etc. The most easiest car sale I’ve ever had and easily the least pressure. Very satisfied with the process from start to finish.
