We went to Webb Hyundai on Saturday September 12 just to look and we were greeted by Jacques Bourgeois. Very pleasant and friendly person. He wasn’t over bearing and he allowed us to look until we had questions. Long story short we went from looking to purchasing a 2026 Sante Fe and the experience at Webb Hyundai was totally amazing. Kudos to the staff there from Jacques, the financial manager Mason (I believe that’s his name), even to the other sales people. Everyone was attentive and pleasant.

Little late but purchased a 2025 Hyundai Elantra N On November 11th 2025. The process was quick and seamless to me. Since then I have taken it in for basic maintenance and had no issues from staff and I even had a concern about a part of the car where the service manager John came out and talked with me about it and other things as well for 20 minutes. Awesome guy!

My Santa Cruz isn’t quite 2 yrs old and only 17,000 miles on it and I’ve already had 2 issues requiring service, not to mention a different visit for a recall! Dropped my car off on 8-19-26 at 9am (scheduled appt time) because my engine light went on that required immediate attention, but and didn’t hear from them until late that evening! Poor communication! Part needed to be ordered and won’t be in until next week. Asked for a loaner and they said yes but it wouldn’t be back until Friday morning! You’re a car dealership so why is there only 1 I can use? I was inconvenienced because I had to cancel a doctors appt due to no vehicle! Got a ride to pick up loaner on Friday. Didn’t get my car back until 8-26-26! Car was also dirty and had a Gatorade left inside. Got in my Santa Fe to leave and the airbag light was on. Drove it back into the service garage to have them run a test on it. Another part needs to be ordered but won’t have for at least a week, maybe longer. I really hope this isn’t a pattern for my new vehicle!

2018 Hyundai Elantra Gt, took it in starter replacement and to fix leftside mirror proximity sensor not working. Mirror worked for a short time after service and now proximity doesn't work again, and now won't move forward or backwards. Very frustrated with Webb Hyundai. It cost near $1,500 for starter and mirror fix, and mirror is still not fixed. That's bad service. I won't be back!

Unbelievable on how great they treated me. Juan my salesman knows how to treat his customers right, from the phone call to the driving away. I have been in the automobile business for 40 years and have dealt with numerous people in the auto business and I know when people just care about making the sale but I didn't get that feeling here. My wife and myself was treated with the utmost respect right from the beginning to the end. I also met Kim the sales manager and she went out of her way to make sure I received the best treatment ever. I had some finance issues that I was ready to walk away but they wouldn't quit untill the problem was settled and got it pushed through. Just completely amazing. Another thing is when I first called Juan he didn't try to hide any flaws the used car had like the last two dealerships did to me, told me the car was fine only to drive hours to find pieces of junk. But not here. Juan took his time and sent me a video of the car before I drove the hour and half after I already drove 5 hours to the other 2 places. So if you are looking for some straight up people then I would suggest you call here for yourself and find out what I am talking about. Thanks Juan and Kim you are the absolute best at what you do. Had an appointment for 4:30 waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to us. Our sales person we had an appointment with was working with another customer. We were at Webb Hyundai for 2 1/2 hours for a lease buyout. Way to long for having an appointment.

They were wonderful! Drop my car off early in the morning so they could do it throughout their day and they kept me posted as to the work being performed even a video! My car was ready when I got off work. People are awesome there.
