We just recently bought our 4th vehicle from Webb. We do shop around looking at styles that they may not have, but we ultimately always end up at Webb. The process can be tough with kids, but their showroom and waiting area is very family friendly. I had no idea what to do on my car and he explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel like a fool, but he educated me very much and my daughter too. I was in Indiana when my check engine light went on. Car would not go over 40 miles an hour. I live in Chicago. They would not provide me with loaner even though car was under warranty. Had to rent a car at Enterprise. Picked up 2 days later. Engine light was off. They changed knock sensor. Warranty covered it. On my way home I noticed a noise I did not have before. For the second time we had an issue with our brand new, Hyundai Santa Fe. They told us the battery needs replaced & it'll be 5 days at minimum.
