I stopped by here just to have a look at the Hyundai Santa Cruz. I did not plan on purchasing just yet, just needed to take a look in person. They are very pushy and they really do not listen to anything you have to say. Their main objective is to put you into something. I told them I wanted to buy.. they kept pushing a lease on me. I told them I wanted a third row, and they kept pushing the Tucson, which is not a third row on me. Then when I finally walked out they called me for days on end thinking my mind was going to change.

Timothy is the best sales specialist I've ever encountered! EVER - Do you hear me?! Let me say I had no intentions on purchasing a new vehicle when I brought mine in for repairs. A local mechanic had completed a job improperly causing my visit. Tim noticed my wife and I were not happy with what the service providers were explaining to us about the issue. Not sure when Hyundai started charging for a multi point inspection that was always complimentary with service. Otherwise good dealership meets the standard expectations when servicing a vehicle.

You be the judge on my experience with Webb Hyundai. At 6,150 miles on my Palisade, I received a call from Hyundai to schedule a service appointment to apply three recalls. I arrived 15 minutes early after driving 31 miles to the dealership. Halfway there the low tire alarm indicates 11 psi in a rear tire. I stop at the first service station available and air the tire to 38 psi. Upon reaching the dealership, the tire has dropped to 35 psi. Short and sweet up front. Gave me a price over the phone. Filled out credit app over the internet. Promised to be below a certain %. Came in to dealership and they beat their own promised price. Beat their own interest rate. Finally had me in and out in an hour.
