We went to Webb Hyundai on Saturday September 12 just to look and we were greeted by Jacques Bourgeois. Very pleasant and friendly person. He wasn’t over bearing and he allowed us to look until we had questions. Long story short we went from looking to purchasing a 2026 Sante Fe and the experience at Webb Hyundai was totally amazing. Kudos to the staff there from Jacques, the financial manager Mason (I believe that’s his name), even to the other sales people. Everyone was attentive and pleasant.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Palisade from Webb Hyundai of Merrillville. Our salesman, Zach, was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us after hours. Most of the process was completed conveniently by email and phone, so we didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. When we arrived, signing the paperwork was quick and easy. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. We highly recommend Zach and the team!

Little late but purchased a 2025 Hyundai Elantra N On November 11th 2025. The process was quick and seamless to me. Since then I have taken it in for basic maintenance and had no issues from staff and I even had a concern about a part of the car where the service manager John came out and talked with me about it and other things as well for 20 minutes. Awesome guy!

Such a wonderful place to have our car in for service. Check in was like a gracious hotel. As we waited - The lounge’s coffee bar was well stocked. The seating was comfortable and their bathrooms were clean. We got nice, warm greetings from sales staff that recognized us. And to top off this very professional environment, we received respectful conversation from customer service about future car maintenance and trouble shooting. I couldn’t ask for better support. Webb exceeded my expectations. Good job.

He has gotten me into a newer and better vehicle to go home into. He made the process beyond easy for me. Very communicative and walked me through the whole process. My Santa Cruz isn’t quite 2 yrs old and only 17,000 miles on it and I’ve already had 2 issues requiring service, not to mention a different visit for a recall! Dropped my car off on 8-19-26 at 9am (scheduled appt time) because my engine light went on that required immediate attention, but and didn’t hear from them until late that evening! 2018 Hyundai Elantra Gt, took it in starter replacement and to fix leftside mirror proximity sensor not working. Mirror worked for a short time after service and now proximity doesn't work again, and now won't move forward or backwards. Very frustrated with Webb Hyundai. It cost near $1,500 for starter and mirror fix, and mirror is still not fixed. That's bad service. I won't be back!

Had an appointment for 4:30 waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to us. Our sales person we had an appointment with was working with another customer. We were at Webb Hyundai for 2 1/2 hours for a lease buyout. Way to long for having an appointment.
They were wonderful! Drop my car off early in the morning so they could do it throughout their day and they kept me posted as to the work being performed even a video! My car was ready when I got off work. People are awesome there.
