Overall, it was painless I had to come back a couple of times, but it was no fault to the repairs it was the defect in the clips. I have no complaints

We didn't have Kim. We had Rob and he was wonderful, also. This is our 9th Hyundai from Webb(Schaffer at first) and we have always been happy with the service and people. At this point we will never go anywhere else.

Personnel were pleasant and professional. I was satisfied with the length of time it took to get my vehicle service. I found it difficult to get my service appointment scheduled online - process was cumbersome and not very user friendly. Waiting area was pretty comfortable.

Well, as we were driving a used vehicle we were interested in purchasing, another customer, which hadn't driven it yet, was doing the paperwork to purchase it. Maybe they should have a policy that the customer driving the car should have the first opportunity to purchase. Alex was so kind and courteous to us. He felt terrible about how everything went. Mack and Webb Hyundai were fine, however, I have a problem in which they serviced my car. Three out of four of the problems that were stated in my My Hyundai app were cleared. Jacob was very helpful in showing me the differences in makes and models. I did feel a bit rushed through the process and making the final price for the deal. I appreciate being told that I should get a refund for the warranties I purchased on the car I traded in.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice. Once we agreed to a price over the phone, the in person meeting went very well. It was somewhat slow, but I think it was because they were so many people at the dealership. Finance was quick. Finance explained everything to me and let me rerun the numbers to make sure I was happy. Good experience. The dealership has also been very helpful to me even after I bought the car.
