We just recently bought our 4th vehicle from Webb. We do shop around looking at styles that they may not have, but we ultimately always end up at Webb. The process can be tough with kids, but their showroom and waiting area is very family friendly. After speaking with Chris on the phone at the Merrillville Hyundai store, I felt that maybe I should actually meet someone in this particular store. I hadn't bought a car in many years and there were things I needed to know. Alex, Chris, Kim, Rob--are the persons I met at Webb Hyundai Merrillville who, each one, made their own personal connection with me with good back and forth discussion, questions answered, and good information to be had. I found the hardest part, their pricing negotiation style to be fair and, no confusing math. I think my blood pressure did okay too. This is the most comfortable car dealership I've ever been in.
