From the moment we arrived, Steve was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply trying to make a sale. We came in to look at the Hyundai Santa Fe, and Steve took the time to walk us through the vehicle, explain the different features and options, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to us was the no-pressure atmosphere. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and Steve gave us the information and space we needed without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We won’t have nice for several years in frustration with dealer support in general may getting the car serviced a very traumatic experience for us. A couple years ago when we bought another Hyundai, we decided to try the service department at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville and was totally blown away that the service advisor actually listened to what our problems were in the mechanics were very thorough investigating and determining the cause of the problems and giving recommended action and getting them repaired in a very short order. This has not been my experience at other dealerships often ending with a heated discussion with the service advisor, who said it’s our imagination or otherwise that there was no problem until I proved to them what was wrong with the car.
