I was in Indiana when my check engine light went on. Car would not go over 40 miles an hour. I live in Chicago. They would not provide me with loaner even though car was under warranty. Had to rent a car at Enterprise. Picked up 2 days later. Engine light was off. They changed knock sensor. Warranty covered it. On my way home I noticed a noise I did not have before. Not sure if it is something that was not put back together tightly but it is annoying . Have to bring it back to dealer closer to home to have it checked out. So even though they fixed problem now I have another that requires more time at Hyundai.

We live in Illinois, and this dealership had everything ready immediately to process our Illinois title and registration, which was convenient. After the purchase, Zach spent almost 30 minutes after the dealership closed helping me set up the new features in my car and answering my questions as a first time EV owner. A nice customer service touch. I talked with about 10 Hyundai dealers to make my purchase, and this dealership gave me the BEST upfront price and customer service. They respected my time and made the sale quick, easy, and without extra BS.
