Jacques was very good and very knowledgeable at his job. I had no idea what to do on my car and he explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel like a fool, but he educated me very much and my daughter too. He was very patient and very efficient and I will always come back to Hyundai now and that’s a good thing cause I was a Honda person but not anymore. Give him a raise. He deserves it.

Jacques was so very helpful when it comes to teaching my mom and myself how to use the car that she just bought! Some generations did not grow up with computers as people do now-and that alone can be very confusing. Knowing this, Jacques patiently and professionally handled the situation with dignity.. he made my mom feel it was OK to ask as many questions as she needed to and he reviewed them over and as much as needed.. Reanswering our questions. He still professionally cared enough to explain different ways until we finally understood navigating the computer screen in the car. He also met with us a second time to go over more details.. We each are very grateful for his help!! Three other local dealerships that we visited did not offer that kind of help. The time he spent , the effort he put in , the care he had a professionalism he showed. Mason was patient in helping me with all the decisions that need to be made. I feel like I received the package that was the best for me. Jim Devault was also helping point out the advantages of certain items for me and the things that were not necessary for me, like a trailer hitch. So many things to consider. I was in Indiana when my check engine light went on. Car would not go over 40 miles an hour. I live in Chicago. They would not provide me with loaner even though car was under warranty. Had to rent a car at Enterprise. Picked up 2 days later. Engine light was off. They changed knock sensor. Warranty covered it. On my way home I noticed a noise I did not have before. Not sure if it is something that was not put back together tightly but it is annoying . Have to bring it back to dealer closer to home to have it checked out. So even though they fixed problem now I have another that requires more time at Hyundai.
