Juan was so great and helpful throughout the whole process! I came in a few different times over about three weeks trying to find the right car and he was always super patient, kind and attentive. He made everything really quick and easy once I finally found the one. Definitely recommend going to him!

My Santa Cruz isn’t quite 2 yrs old and only 17,000 miles on it and I’ve already had 2 issues requiring service, not to mention a different visit for a recall! Dropped my car off on 8-19-26 at 9am (scheduled appt time) because my engine light went on that required immediate attention, but and didn’t hear from them until late that evening! Poor communication! Part needed to be ordered and won’t be in until next week. Asked for a loaner and they said yes but it wouldn’t be back until Friday morning! You’re a car dealership so why is there only 1 I can use? I was inconvenienced because I had to cancel a doctors appt due to no vehicle! Got a ride to pick up loaner on Friday. Didn’t get my car back until 8-26-26! Car was also dirty and had a Gatorade left inside. Got in my Santa Fe to leave and the airbag light was on. Drove it back into the service garage to have them run a test on it. Another part needs to be ordered but won’t have for at least a week, maybe longer. I really hope this isn’t a pattern for my new vehicle!
