You be the judge on my experience with Webb Hyundai. At 6,150 miles on my Palisade, I received a call from Hyundai to schedule a service appointment to apply three recalls. I arrived 15 minutes early after driving 31 miles to the dealership. Halfway there the low tire alarm indicates 11 psi in a rear tire. I stop at the first service station available and air the tire to 38 psi. Upon reaching the dealership, the tire has dropped to 35 psi. I ask the service technician to do an oil change and have the leaking tire repaired in addition to the recalls. He recommends a multi-point inspection that will rotate and check all tires at an extra charge. I agree. Estimated time for service is two hours. I present a $20 coupon I had received in the mail. He informs me the coupon expired yesterday. A more senior tech says they will honor it. (Thanks, I guess). One and three-quarters of an hour later my vehicle is ready. (good estimating of time). A different service tech explains what was done: Oil Change, tires rotated, two recalls applied and parts order for the third; total charge $165.58. Since they had called me to schedule the appointment for the recalls, why didn't they order the parts at that time. Plus, there was no mention of the defective tire. I inquire why. The tech says it wasn't noted on the work order. The original tech standing nearby admits he hadn't written it down since I had agreed to the extra inspection which he thought would discover the problem. They appeared to suggest there must not be a problem, or it would have been found. I insist that the tire be reinspected. The tech tells me he will see if there is a lift available for the reinspection. Fifty minutes later I am told a nail was removed and a tire-plug inserted. Meanwhile my wife sat an extra hour in a nearby restaurant waiting. Simple mistakes like this do happen but I feel something should have been done to compensate the customer for the inconvenience. What do you think? To cap it off, there was a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card and I still have to go back in the future for the third unresolved recall.

I was greeted very politely and professionally. I had take my car for a recall notice and was there about an hour. The waiting room was very comfortable and they had snacks and beverages. Overall a good experience.
