Personnel were pleasant and professional. I was satisfied with the length of time it took to get my vehicle service. I found it difficult to get my service appointment scheduled online - process was cumbersome and not very user friendly. Waiting area was pretty comfortable.

We were then placed at a desk and waited another 30 minutes. The car was not ready even though they knew we were coming the day before. Total time there was 3 hours. Very dysfunctional place.

No hard sell. Courteous. Very nice showroom. My only concern was on the original agreement I signed it said the car had 25 miles. We didn’t check. The actual odometer reading was 223 miles. A lot more miles.

Then third party service centers for accurate completion. Ben and the tech who serviced sonata, have been great. thank you from dealing with claims process inspection sheet to assisting me getting this hot rod back on the road for the vehicle owner.

Jacques was so very helpful when it comes to teaching my mom and myself how to use the car that she just bought! Some generations did not grow up with computers as people do now-and that alone can be very confusing. Knowing this, Jacques patiently and professionally handled the situation with dignity.. he made my mom feel it was OK to ask as many questions as she needed to and he reviewed them over and as much as needed.. Reanswering our questions. He still professionally cared enough to explain different ways until we finally understood navigating the computer screen in the car. He also met with us a second time to go over more details.. We each are very grateful for his help!! Three other local dealerships that we visited did not offer that kind of help. The time he spent , the effort he put in , the care he had a professionalism he showed. You can’t find just anywhere and he deserves aThe time he spent the effort he put in the care he had , and the professionalism he showed.-You can’t find just anywhere and he deserves a raise for how he stepped up.! It is obvious he cares about what he does, that he loves what he does, and that it is truly meaningful to him because it shows up in how he does his job. Webb Hyundai has a treasure in Zach Hansen! He responded to my emails immediately and within 3 hours of our 1st communication I was at his desk and he was showing me the Tucson's that were available. He said that if we couldn't find what I wanted here, he would find one at another dealership. He showed me a few Tucson's, but hit it out of the park on the first one he showed me. Zach is so personable, knowledgeable, accommodating and laid back. I didn't feel pressured to buy over lease and showed me the payment options and pros/cons to our deal. I leased a 2025 Red Tucson that I'm LOVING!!! If you want the best vehicle buying experience possible, then please ask for Zach Hansen, he'll take care of you.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice. Once we agreed to a price over the phone, the in person meeting went very well. It was somewhat slow, but I think it was because they were so many people at the dealership. Finance was quick. Finance explained everything to me and let me rerun the numbers to make sure I was happy. Good experience. The dealership has also been very helpful to me even after I bought the car.
